A practical weekly routine for Zack to execute the LinkedIn strategy in ~2 hours/week.
This is the non-negotiable post. If nothing else happens this week, this one always goes out.
#BOCC #BuffaloStartups #BuffaloNetworkingRest. No posting needed.
Tuesday morning is when people are warm and present. That is when you:
You already have the photos, the headcount, and the moments fresh. Draft all three posts for the week in one sitting (~45 min total):
Do not check LinkedIn all day. Pick one 10-minute window (morning coffee is natural) to do your 3-5 comments and reply to anything on your posts.
After each Tuesday, add 1-2 names of people who had a good story or moment. When it is Spotlight week, you already know who to ask instead of scrambling.
| Block | Time | When |
|---|---|---|
| Monday prep | 15 min | Anytime |
| Tuesday capture | During the event (no extra time) | 7:30-9 AM |
| Tuesday writing + posting | 45 min | After lunch |
| Tuesday evening replies | 10 min | Evening |
| Mid-week post | 20 min | Wed/Thu morning |
| Friday post | 15 min | Friday morning |
| Daily engagement (x4) | 40 min total | 10 min/day Tue-Fri |
| Total | ~2 hours/week |
The key insight: Tuesday morning is the content engine. Almost everything you need for the whole week comes from being present and capturing what happens. The rest is just writing it down and posting it on a schedule.
